I think the path to true wellness and health comes from a blend of Eastern and Western practices. And so I was quite happy to discover Dantian Studio in Costa mesa. I met the owner sweet owner Jaime Hynes after trying out the Far Infrared Wrap – a body wrap that uses infrared heat to relieve pain, improve skin conditions, remove cellulite, and aid in weight control among other things. I think I’d need to go back for more wraps to see any changes but I will say that the atmosphere at Dantian is definitely relaxing.
This Thursday, December 12, 2013, they are having an open house from 10am-7pm. There will be complimentary classes, workshops, demos and discounted shopping. I look forward to visiting Dantian again and trying some of their fitness classes and other services. The Dantian Studio open house is a great opportunity to explore all their offerings.
